Consent is never included in this report. Ask modes first use the separate approved|declined decision action. Epode returns this report contract only after approval, and the report endpoint verifies the stored decision from the interaction capability. Unknown fields and common sensitive-data patterns are rejected recursively. Duplicate submissions return the first accepted report.
