Do not interpret opportunities as unique agents, people, or customers.

Feedback

One report can contain multiple typed findings. Use workflow status, assignee, tags, and internal notes to triage the report without changing the original agent submission. Impact describes the net product outcome. Findings preserve the detail: strength, friction, defect, gap, suggestion, uncertainty, or other. A workaround records whether the agent needed another path.

Journeys

Journeys group interactions when an experience graph or your product/MCP supplies an explicit stable reference. They are useful for multi-step agent experiences, but are not identities. If continuity is unavailable, the correct representation is independent interactions—not a guessed journey.
