# Read the data

> Interpret Home, Feedback, and Sessions without overclaiming agent identity.

## Home

* **Opportunities** are eligible HTTP, HTML, header, and MCP responses delivered.
* **Confirmed** means MCP protocol evidence or a returned scoped feedback capability.
* **Confirmation rate** is confirmed interactions divided by opportunities.
* **Feedback rate** is reports divided by confirmed interactions.
* **Latency** uses durations supplied by product integrations.

Do not interpret opportunities as unique agents, people, or customers.

## Feedback

One report can contain multiple typed findings. Use workflow status, assignee, tags, and internal notes to triage
the report without changing the original agent submission.

Impact describes the net product outcome. Findings preserve the detail: strength, friction, defect, gap,
suggestion, uncertainty, or other. A workaround records whether the agent needed another path.

## Sessions

Sessions group interactions only when your product or MCP sends an explicit stable reference. They are useful for
multi-step product journeys, but are not identities. If continuity is unavailable, the correct representation is
independent interactions—not a guessed session.
